We personally own and operate our units which means you get personal one on one service and people to work with that actually care about you and your vacation.
Comfortable accommodation in 1,400 square feet, both bedrooms, the living room, and the dining room all have wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows to experience the amazing gulf view. It is the perfect complex for a relaxing family vacation or romantic get-away. Located at Seachase. 4th floor.

Property Highlights
- This property offers 2 double chaise lounges with adjustable headrests and a table from our beach service free to our guests only, with an eight-foot-wide beach umbrella shades you from the hot sun from March to August. (Total of 4 seats & 2 umbrellas)
- For an additional charge, you can book Parasailing, Sailboat, Pontoon boats, Jet Ski rentals, fishing charters, Kayaks, Aqua Cycles & banana boats right on the beach from the Beach Service.

- Great place to stay, grocery store and restaurants very close. 1.4 Miles to Frank Brown Park (4 min drive) 8miles to Panama City Beach Sports Complex.
- All bedding and sheets are washed and cleaned after every rental whether used or not.
NOTICE: This condominium is undergoing renovations to the windows in the units, it is expected to start in February and may run through June. There may be some noise but should not have any affect on your view or accessability. Prices have been adjusted accordingly.
PLEASE NOTE NO SPRING BREAKERS. THERE MUST BE SOMEONE OVER THE AGE OF 25 IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES. AS PER THE NEW CITY ORDINANCE, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON THE BEACH DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH.

- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

We absolutely loved your place, it was so Spa Like with all your extra special touches. The kids had fun with your snacks in your basket, I enjoyed a different tea each evening and my Hubby did not use sunscreen the first couple of days and your sun balm was really appreciated by him 🙂
My daughter really enjoyed the colorful LED’s in all your spaces. I enjoyed the attention to natural touches..,. everywhere you looked was granite, marble, mother of pearl, wood and cotton. Very lush and spoiled us 🙂
The views are spectacular, every room has a view of the clear water and pristine uncrowded beach, even with the windows closed you always heard the wonderful sound of the ocean, just lulls you to sleep and creates a restful state of mind. We even saw from the balcony 3 dolphins taking turns jumping just past the sand bar and sea-rays jumping in pods on a few days.

We rented two units at seachase from the same owner it is amazing. I can not believe how comfortable the beds were. They thought of everything, weve stayed at this property many times because of the location but we never had such an amazing experience. Will return
