This 2-bedroom, 2 baths, beautiful condo is located directly on Panama City Beach. Comfortable accommodations in 1,400 square feet, both bedrooms, the living room, and the dining room all have wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows to experience the amazing view. It is the perfect complex for a relaxing family vacation or romantic get-away. High-end furniture, décor, linens, and bedding.

- This property offers 2 double chaise lounges with adjustable headrests and a table from our beach service free to our guests only, while our eight-foot-wide beach umbrella shades you from the hot sun from March to August. (Total of 4 seats & 2 umbrellas)
- For an additional charge, you can book Parasailing, Sailboat, Pontoon boats, Jet Ski rentals, fishing charters, Kayaks, Aqua Cycles & banana boats right on the beach from the Beach Service.
- We disinfect after each rental.

NOTICE: This condominium is undergoing renovations to the windows in the units, it is expected to start in February and may run through June. There may be some noise but should not have any affect on your view or accessability. Prices have been adjusted accordingly.
PLEASE NOTE NO SPRING BREAKERS. THERE MUST BE SOMEONE OVER THE AGE OF 25 IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES. AS PER NEW CITY ORDINANCE, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON THE BEACH DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH.

Weve stayed at Seachase many times and it is hit and miss on the quality of the units, but this unit is amazing. They have the most comfortable beds, the highest
quality linens and towels. Even have beach towels available to us. We didnt need anything but to buy food, highly recommend them. Even had coffee!

Gorgeously remodeled condo right on the beach with a view to die for! The decor is very modern, clean and crisp. My husband and I brought our 3 kids (13, 14, and 20 years old) here for a week long family vacation. We were greeted with a lovely gift basket and a list of ideas/suggestions on what to do around in the area, which was very helpful. The kids had a blast with the LED lights and Alexa in their room. Many amenities were provided throughout the condo including: kitchenware, a coffee maker, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, laundry detergent, beach towels, and best of all, a cordless vacuum – which was almost necessary considering how hard it is to not drag in sand from the beach! The beds were comfortable with very fluffy pillows. The beach service included 4 lounge chairs and 2 umbrellas which was perfect. Communication with the property manager, Sally, was very prompt and easy. Overall, a great location and wonderful place to stay. If ever back in Panama City Beach, we would definitely stay here again!

My husband, friends, and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Upon arriving, we were greeted with a nice welcome basket filled with goodies and maps of the area. The condo was beautiful with newly updated and modern fixtures. The views of the beach were top-notch and could be seen from every room. We immediately felt relaxed and ready to enjoy our kid-free week. Everything we could possibly need was made available to us. Any questions we had for the property owners were addressed and answered in a timely manner. The beach service was amazing. The check-in and check-out process went seamlessly, and the location was close to restaurants and different things to do. We left feeling renewed and refreshed. My husband and I hope to, one day, bring our boys back to visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Especially since it was our first family vacation with both of our kids and our Wedding (on the beach)
There were NO complaints on the condo at all. Was actually better than we expected.
We did have parking issues 2 nights but when I sent messages to the owner/manager of our Condo she quickly gave us other options.
