Reservations Policy, Cancellations Policy, And Other Policies

Reservations Policy:

● Reservations are not confirmed until your deposit or payment is received.
Rates and availability are subject to change.

Cancellations Policy:

● Rental payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel
insurance is strongly advisable.
● Reservation changes with more than a 60-day notice can be postponed for
up to 24 months with no fee. Changes within 60 days are not allowed.

Other Policies and Notices:

● Smoking: Our accommodations are non-smoking. Failure to comply
results in a minimum $250.00 US fee.
● Noise: Tulemar is a residential resort, and "quiet time" is strictly enforced
from 10 PM. Be considerate of neighbors.
● Pets: No pets of any kind are allowed on the premises.
● Wildlife: Guests shall not disturb or endanger any natural wildlife.
● Hold Harmless: Guests agree to indemnify and hold Luxe Beach Rentals
harmless from any injury, loss, claims, or damage.

● Luxe Beach Rentals assumes no liability for services provided by
third-party providers, client reservations, Tulemar Condominio, or any
injury or damage related to booked services. The client acknowledges and
accepts the inherent risks involved.
